We have an amazing opportunity for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the team. You will to assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines

**Description**:
About the Role

Monitor and review of documentation, program and manual completion.
Ensure all site documentation is up-to date and completed.
Collaborate with relevant Category Teams to ensure that all document requirements are obtained and updated as necessary.
Ensure FICA, FSANZ, and state food safety requirements are met by all current and new products.
Notify the National QA Manager and other senior management staff of quality control and food safety issues, along with presenting potential solutions.
Submitting, implementing and monitoring Corrective Actions Plans in conjunction with the various teams.
Collaborate effectively with the QA team to complete all work requirements within the established timeline.

Skills and Experience

Professional experience and/or qualification deemed to be equivalent
Exposure and understanding of HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems
Experience in a FMCG environment, in QA role preferable
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong communication skills - in twice
Knowledge and experience in dairy would be highly advantageous.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
