**About the role**:
Similar to a relationship manager, this is a high-profile position where you will build relationships and act as the conduit between the business and technology to ensure that the IT strategy aligns with where the business is going.

Using your advanced communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, you will represent technology to the business in terms of initiatives, major projects and any issues they may be experiencing, to drive outcomes and manage the experience. You will interact with a number of high-level representatives including C level representation. Of particular importance are the conversations about adhering to Suncorp's governance, compliance and risk profile.

You will also have exposure to a range of technology and business teams across Suncorp, providing you with future development opportunities and the chance to really make your mark.

**What you’ll do**:
Accountabilities will range across operational, strategic and service improvement initiatives for the assigned business function. These will be diverse and varied with a focus on supporting the customer whilst representing T&O Infrastructure.

Key accountabilities include:

- Stakeholder Management for an entire business function and in-depth knowledge of how Infrastructure technology is used by the business.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and deliver a plan to lift adoption and the overall technology experience.
- Provide advice to both Technology and Business teams.
- Manage the end-to-end technology experience across BAU change, operational activities, projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of Technology and Business strategies including the adoption of technology processes, engagement in changing tech and strategy etc.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 5+ years’ experience in fast-paced technology environment and/or project related disciplines
- Strong understanding of business needs and outcomes, ideally with a service-related background eg executive support management/senior or principal specialist, vendor management, service delivery, change management or project management on the business side
- Understanding of Infrastructure technology and what Infrastructure delivers
- Experience managing stakeholders and a large portfolio of work
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes, influence and negotiate with confidence
- Ability to translate technical information into a language your business will understand
- Ability to understand and define a business/technology opportunity then design and deliver effective technology solutions with T&O teams.
