**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Client Partner at OnTalent, your key responsibilities will include:

- Career and Leadership Services Delivery: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their context and needs to propose appropriate solutions. Transform client briefs into well-structured proposals. Ensure the seamless delivery of Career and Leadership workshops, webinars, and participant programs.
- Business Development**: Develop and manage a high-performing portfolio of clients, aiming for repeat business and fostering strong client relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Become an expert in your chosen sector, providing valuable market intelligence and insights to enhance our sales and marketing strategy.
- Leadership**: Demonstrate leadership qualities, mentor new team members, and embody the OnTalent values.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven track record in providing leadership, career, and consulting services.
- Expertise in the chosen sector, with an in-depth understanding of market trends.
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
