**The Company**
Appoint is working in partnership with a well-regarded public enterprise to source a Commercial Advisor to join their team in Fortitude Valley. This organisation’s core values are focused around culture, team ethos and a drive for continuous improvement. Playing largely in the infrastructure space, this organisation also has a focus on projects and ongoing asset services.

**The Appointment**
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Advisor, you will be primarily responsible for supporting a close knit team. Your role will provide you with broad commercial exposure including but not limited to:

- Contracts management including drafting contracts and briefing notes
- Preparing relevant documentation ensuring accurate terms, clauses and amendments
- Completing relevant compliance checks for contract execution
- Database integrity, diary management and filing documentation
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with existing and potential new customers

**The Appointee**
You will be a dedicated Paralegal, Contracts Administrator or Senior Administrator seeking that next step within your career. You will possess demonstrated contracts management exposure within the infrastructure, property or commercial advisory industries. The successful applicant will be proactive, hands-on and be able to maintain a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders. With sound problem solving skills, you will have the ability to work autonomously whilst working within a team to achieve objectives. In addition to being organised with your accurate and proactive approach, you will have strong business acumen and understand the importance of following up outstanding matters in a timely manner. Although not a prerequisite, a relevant qualification will be highly regarded.
