Hawksworth are working with an iconic household name to help further build their team and deliver their product with a very high market share across Australia and Europe.

We are looking for
**Commercial Contract Advisor** that will be tasked with setting up, administering, processing, and reporting on contracts across the Group Technology department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and processing of contract & order form requests, including new agreements, renewals and termination
- Liaising with internal Legal counsel, Finance team and commercial managers on contract reviews, approvals and execution
- Management of vendor relationships relating to Contractor workforce
- Management of incoming work queue and reporting on queue status
- Support of team for management of:

- Raising and management of purchase orders and invoicing
- Administration of contract status reporting and record keeping
- Procurement of small items (e.g. software licenses & hardware)
- Administration of labour hire contracts, including timesheets

**Qualifications, knowledge and skills**:

- Two years proven contract administration or advisor experience
- Proven contract negotiation and vendor engagement experience
- Ability to understand and effectively engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking and good understanding of commercial constructs.
- Active listening skills.
- Great organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to utilize standard task management tools.
- Engage with Leadership Team and other stakeholders in the areas of vendor, contract, invoice management and time tracking.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Genuine desire to provide business value.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
