The People and Culture branch works across the department and its portfolio agencies, to create a high performing workplace that puts people first.
The Manager, Recruitment and Workforce Services will lead a team of nine and oversee recruitment, employment programs, onboarding, executive services and workforce reporting.
You will also play an integral role in the scoping and implementation of DPC's new Human Capital Management system SuccessFactors for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce reporting.
About you
- Demonstrated management experience in leading recruitment and workforce service functions, preferably within a government or public sector setting.
- Highly-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability recognise opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide strategic recruitment, reporting and workforce advice.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead a high-functioning team that efficiently manages competing priorities and deadlines, generates tailored business solutions whilst making clients and their needs a primary focus.
- Proven ability to develop individual capabilities and team performance and work collaboratively across multiple functions and disciplines
