We’re now seeking an experienced and strategic **Communications Lead - Transformation**to bring clarity, connection and confidence to this journey. Reporting to the Head of Communications and working closely with our Enterprise Transformation Office, you’ll be at the heart of how we communicate complex change—uniting people around a shared purpose, bringing strategy to life, and ensuring our people feel supported every step of the way.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the communications for large-scale transformation—driving communications strategy, engagement, and storytelling across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), supply chain and organisational change.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- **Own and execute transformation communication strategy**aligned to our corporate communications and change plans
- **Partner with senior stakeholders**across Communications, Change, People & Culture and Transformation to ensure messages are consistent, timely and effective
- **Create clear, compelling content**across multiple formats—town halls, digital, toolkits, leadership comms, video, FAQs, newsletters and more
- **Build engagement and trust**across the organisation through transparent, people-focused communication
- **Support change adoption**through tailored messaging that inspires action and minimises resistance
- **Lead internal communication channels**during transformation, ensuring information is accessible, consistent, and culturally inclusive
- **Report on impact**—track engagement, gather feedback and continuously refine your approach

**What you’ll bring**:

- Proven experience leading strategic communications in large-scale transformation, change or ERP programs
- A confident storyteller with the ability to translate complex programs into clear, engaging, human messages
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills—comfortable working with executive leaders, technical teams and frontline employees
- High adaptability, emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Solid understanding of change management and crisis communication principles
- Excellent writing, editing, and planning skills, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in internal communications platforms and digital tools
