**Snapshot of the Role**
The Digital Transformation Analyst is responsible for supporting internal operations, business process improvement and maintaining the general health of Lawpath’s CRM. This role will report to our Head of Data and Digital Transformation.

**About the role**

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Managing and maintaining Salesforce (CRM) and other software programs
- Managing offshore CRM support team.
- Maintaining transformation pipeline.
- Delivering projects and implementing the new processes.
- Analysing and documenting technical solution requirements.
- Assisting in the development of key process documentation to inform current and future state analysis.
- Analyse processes and procedures and investigate shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current processes.
- Find inefficiencies in existing processes and work on process improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, Sales, Account Management, and BD teams to grow our business.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to understand data, reporting, and technical requirements for business areas.
- Day-to-day key escalation contact for: internal escalations, process bugs, urgent requests.

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, and change management
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their integration into business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology for process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making.
