Endeavour Group is Australia’s largest retail drinks business, with iconic brands like **Dan Murphy’s**, **BWS**, and the country’s largest network of licensed hotels. Following our demerger from Woolworths in 2021, we’re on a journey to redefine how we operate—investing in modern, scalable technology and future-fit capabilities.

We’re now seeking a **Data Migration Lead** to spearhead a critical transformation initiative. You’ll be at the helm of a complex enterprise-wide data migration, supporting our move to new platforms including SAP S/4HANA, and ensuring a smooth transition with mínimal disruption to the business.

About the Role

As the Data Migration Lead, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution, validation, and risk management. You'll develop and lead an integrated plan to transition data from SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll define and deliver high-quality ETL processes and oversee data cleansing and validation activities.

You'll champion data governance and compliance throughout the migration journey, ensuring integrity, security, and alignment with business objectives. With strong vendor and stakeholder engagement skills, you’ll build buy-in, drive change, and keep senior leaders informed through clear reporting on KPIs and progress. You’ll also play a key role in embedding best practices and capturing lessons learned to support future transformation initiatives.

What do we need from you

**About you**:
You’re a seasoned data migration leader with a strong foundation in retail and transformation environments. You’re known for being composed under pressure, pragmatic in your delivery, and collaborative in how you work.

You’ll bring:

- 5+ years' experience leading complex **data migration** projects, including **SAP S/4HANA**.
- Deep knowledge of **ETL tools** (e.g., SAP BODS, Informatica, Talend) and data quality frameworks.
- Experience working across **cloud and on-premise systems** (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- A track record of delivery in **retail or FMCG environments**.
- Strong understanding of **data governance and compliance frameworks**.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Even better if you have:

- PMP or relevant project management qualifications.
- Experience using tools such as SAP MDG, SAP Data Services, and the SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Background working with enterprise architecture, testing, or transformation delivery partners.
