We’re currently seeking a **professional, polished, and proactive Concierge** to join our dynamic team and be the face of our dealership.

**About the Role**:
As a **BMW Concierge**, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers—creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest receives world-class service from the moment they arrive. This is a front-of-house role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for luxury service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
- Assist with showroom traffic flow and appointment management
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and courtesy car arrangements
- Provide refreshments and ensure customer comfort in waiting areas
- Liaise with Sales, Service, and Management teams to streamline customer experience
- Manage concierge desk duties, calls, and general administrative tasks

**About You**:

- A strong passion for delivering premium customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or front-desk roles (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional communication
- A friendly, energetic, and proactive personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Full, unrestricted driver's licence
