We’re thrilled to open our Expressions of Interest for the UrbanGrad Graduate Program commencing in January 2026.

About Us

We’re a team of locals supporting locals, supplying drinking water, recycled water and wastewater services to communities in Brisbane, Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Lockyer Valley, and Somerset. We’re changing, we’re innovating, and we want U to challenge us to push the conventional boundaries that connect back to customer and community focussed outcomes.

UrbanGrad is an enriching two-year program jam-packed with opportunities for you to utilise all the hard work and dedication you’ve put into your degree and genuinely contribute to making a REAL difference to the lives of our customers and communities.

When it comes to delivering our essential services there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes - and under the ground. That’s why we may have opportunities available for graduates across a range of disciplines, including:
- Applied Sciences- Business, Marketing, Communications- Data Science and Information Technology- Finance and Economics- Heath, Safety, Wellbeing- Human Resources, Organisational Psychology- Legal- Town Planning

Eligibility criteria:
- You must be a recent graduate having completed your degree within two years of February 2026.- Unrestricted working rights for the duration of the program - January 2026 - January 2028.
