Job Description

From irrigation to raw water assets, we optimize efficiency, increase ROI, and reduce costs. Our Brisbane Water Infrastructure group is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer. This role is for an immediate start in our 2026 Graduate Program. Find out more about our early career programs.
How you'll make a difference
- Enjoys and works well in a team environment but also autonomously
- Builds analytic and design skills.
- Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and industry specialists
- Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed budget and schedule under supervision.
- Has a growth mindset, managing simple problem solving and working through collaboratively to manage complex problems

- Final year student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering.
- A strong interest in water.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
