**About Mt Arthur Coal**

Mt Arthur Coal is an open-cut coal mine 100 per cent owned by BHP. Located in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales it's the largest producer of energy coal in the region, operating alongside olive growers, wine makers, horse breeders and the nearby residential community of Muswellbrook. Mt Arthur Coal mine is embracing inclusion and diversity to create a vibrant workplace culture that represents the communities in which we live. You may be aware we are currently seeking an extension of mining beyond 2026 to 2030 as part of a responsible closure of the mine in 2030. This extra four years will give us time to plan and support our workforce and the community for life after Mt Arthur Coal.

**About You**

You will be a student in 2025, currently studying (or commencing study before March 2025) and able to provide us with details of your course and enrolment status. A minimum age limit of 18 years old applies for these opportunities.
