We are looking for a highly motivated team leader to join our production team here at Carma and support the final stage of the production process. You’ll be responsible for the number of vehicles going through our detailing and final preparation stage of the reconditioning process, improving efficiency, assuring quality standards and supporting in training the team of automotive assistants and detailers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving efficiencies through the detailing and final production stage, ensuring the team meets hourly, daily and weekly targets
- Being hands-on - you’ll need to jump in and wash and detail cars when needed
- Provide feedback to the team where necessary
- Update the inhouse system on your laptop to ensure the information is correct
- Work very closely with the other leads across the business to ensure that the production flow is consistent across all departments

**About You**:

- Previous experience in the automotive industry, ideally with exposure to detailing, paint or panel
- Excellent communication skills
- A real ‘people person’ - you love working alongside the team
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems, ideally able to navigate Apple products
- Excellent problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
