**About the position**

**_Marketing _**
- Support lead generation opportunities and customer management by developing, evaluating, and managing customer journeys, including drip campaigns in MS Dynamic 365
- Share ideas about customer journeys when developing digital campaigns with the marketing team
- Analyse current market trends and predict future trends to best facilitate digital campaigns and communications
- Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives to achieve set-up objectives in terms of customer acquisition, growth and retention
- Monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns
- Find solutions to improve spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
- Maintain and update the timeline and status of digital campaigns
- Become a gatekeeper of data management, such as data segmentation, data cleansing and lead scoring
- Manage data in MS Dynamic 365
- Analyse digital campaign data and generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance
- Review analytics to identify strategies and opportunities to drive digital traffic to the company’s website
- Create landing pages, contact forms, and blog posts to improve the company’s website
- Manage the company’s digital channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Website, and other digital platforms, to ensure they are up to date and on brand
- Plan and manage budget for digital advertising campaigns

**_Collaboration _**
- Maintain great communication with other marketing team members to design, create and implement digital content and digital advertising campaigns
- Ability to work well in a multilingual and multicultural environment

**About you** 

**_Education and experience _**
- 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing execution - SEO, SEM, Google AdWords and social media
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and web analysis tools, with the ability to summarise key data to improve customers’ engagement and conversion
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Ability to work well with members who come from different cultures and languages

- You must have unrestricted work right in Australia in order to be considered for the position.

**Experience**:

- SEO: 3 years (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
