**Position**: NDIS Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach
**Permanent Part-Time**: 22.5 hours per week (With a view to full time based on performance)

**About the Role**
We have a permanent part-time position (3 days per week) available, based in Perth. This role offers the opportunity to work in a mix of remote environments with outreach to participants as required.
**You will**:
- Collaborate with participants, families, carers, and services to plan, design, and coordinated supports.
- Help participants build capacity and resilience through individualised NDIS support plans or mental health recovery plans.
- Work with people across diverse disabilities and psychosocial challenges, fostering their independence and engagement.

- Experience in Disability or Mental Health Support: Minimum of 2 years in case management or support roles, with recovery-oriented/person-centred principles.
- Relevant Qualifications: Certificate IV in Mental Health, Mental Health Peer Work, or equivalent for Recovery Coaches; NDIS sector experience is a bonus.
- Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Client Management Systems.
- Flexibility and Independence: The ability to self-manage workload in a home-based environment.
**Other Requirements**:
- A valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle for travel.
- National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months).
- Working with Children Check.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $36.92 - $42.05 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
**Experience**:
- Support Coordination: 2 years (preferred)
