ANOTHEN Community Care is a growing provider offering social/day programs for NDIS participates. We currently have space for a new team member in our Ballajura Centre for someone who brings energy, commitment and compassion to the clients who attend.

**About this role**

This role is 3 days a week, from 8:30am to 3:30pm times are firm. You will be working with our Centre team leader to ensure participants enjoy their day, develop new skills, and build capacity. Support workers are required to carry out the following activities:

- Support individuals with ADLs
- Contribute to the planning of the activities for the program
- Facilitate various activities as outlined in the program
- Contribute to the engagement of clients in chosen activities
- Support the team leader to ensure the program runs well
- Engage with clients in a way which they understand
- Contribute to client's support plan, progress notes ect

**Role requirements**
- Experience with working as part of a holistic support team
- Minimum certificate III in individualised supports or similar
- NDIS workers screening
- WA Working with Children check
- First aid and CRP certificate
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Be a fun and engaging person
- Has an ability to engage with clients and motivate them to join in with various activities of choice

Wages depends on qualifications and experience, please note we pay under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
