OCG is working with a successful international online trader that offers a commission free, one-stop investment hub for international trading markets. They offer a platform with tradeable products which include shares, ETFs, derivatives, and cryptocurrencies.

Our client is currently in a significant growth phase of the business, rapidly expanding into different global territories. They are seeking an experienced credit risk professional to join their Australian team, to take responsibility over credit risk control. They offer a trading lending product and require an experienced credit risk professional to focus on ensuring the company complies with the group’s credit risk policies and ASIC requirements.

The successful applicant will be a highly valued team member who will work closely with the Australian and global compliance, finance and dealing teams.

Responsibilities include:

- client onboarding credit review;
- monitoring and managing margin call,
- client’s margin account related request,
- force-selling when required,
- and regulatory reporting

To ensure success, we are seeking detail-oriented professionals who have:

- 3+ years credit risk experience within Australian financial institutions.
- Understanding of credit risk.
- Understanding of ASIC requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- A strong aptitude to analyse and solve problems.
