We are currently looking for an innovative and enthusiastic **Lifestyle Team Leader (Functions/ Events Coordinator)** to join the friendly team in **Vermont South**.

As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be:

- Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars
- Assessing and individualising lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents
- Leading and developing a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers
- Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members
- Engaging with community groups to build a network of support and social partners
- Identifying new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged
- Promoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest

**About you**:

- A warm, ethusiastic and creative individual
- Previous experience working in Aged Care
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- **Must have a Qualification in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversional Therapy**:

- A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
- Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
- Computer and documentation skills
- Availability to work full time Monday - Friday
