We are currently looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Lifestyle Team Leader to join the friendly team in Vermont South.

**As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you will be**:

- Implementing and delivering lifestyle programs and social calendars
- Assessing and individualizing lifestyle plans and social needs for our residents
- Leading and developing a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers
- Developing a wide range of activities in consultation with residents and family members
- Engaging with community groups to build a network of support and social partners
- Identifying new and meaningful events to keep our residents engaged
- Promoting our Better Together model and values of Bold, Warm and Honest

**About you**:

- A warm, enthusiastic and creative individual
- Strong experience in Aged Care
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversion Therapy
- A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
- Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
- Computer and documentation skills
- Availability to work full time Monday - Friday

**Salary**: From $34.87 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
