**Your New Role**

As a **Lifestyle Assistant, **you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment. This role is based at our beautiful facility Victoria Grange Aged Care, in Vermont South.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together® **social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?
- Providing a range of activities for our residents
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our residents and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

**About You**

Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

Does this sound like you?
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- **Availability to work between 2 to 5 days per week**:

- **Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate IV in Leisure And Health**:

- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and Influenza
- NDIS workers screen (or willing to obtain)
