About the role
We are a 24-hour, 7-days a week A1 Graded Security Alarm Monitoring Station looking for reliable and motivated Monitoring Centre/Call Centre Operators for Full Time employment with the availability to work days/nights/weekends. Post training rosters are combination of days, nights and weekends. Pay is above award wage.

This is
NOT
a working from home role.

Start Date: Monday 10th November 2025
Your Main Duties Will Include

  • Attending to a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
  • Monitoring of alarm systems in accordance with client instructions
  • Monitoring of personal safety devices and liaising with emergency services
  • Providing a consistent level of exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring high accuracy with data entry and administration tasks
  • Managing and providing a resolution to customer complaints
  • Remotely monitoring of CCTV systems

  • Strong customer service experience (retail, hospitality and previous call centre experience is advantageous)
  • An excellent phone manner, with a polite, friendly, and positive attitude
  • Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills; with a high level of attention to detail
  • Resilience; must be able to deal with challenging scenarios and high stress situations
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Strong organisation skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritise duties
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • The ability to work as part of a team, or independently when required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office, and general I.T/typing skills

You Must

  • Be available to work a rotating roster (including a mix of days/nights/weekends/public holidays between 8-12hr shifts)
  • Be available to start as of Monday 10th November
