Our Transport Industry Client is looking for a Reservations Officer.

This is a Contract / Temp role for 6 - 12 months.

Location: Sydney

Salary Range: $65k - $75k

The role is an important customer service role in our Sydney charter business. In this role you will assist customers with information and providing quotes.

We are looking for someone who wants to master the basics and develop within the sales team.

What you will be doing:

- Assist customers with planning and booking reservations
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgets
- Assist with planning itineraries by suggesting attractions and options available at destination
- Work with scheduling and operations team to utilise available buses and staff
- Proactively communicate with new and existing customers

Some of the skills/experience you may bring:

- Experience in reservations (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Great problem solving

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
