**Your Impact**

As Manufacturing Manager, you will lead the Business Unit’s day to day operations with accountability for all aspects of departmental performance. You will drive organisational change strategies to support the success of project deliverables and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will work to ensure preventative maintenance is completed at agreed times and follow up on breakdowns to ensure the right priority is assigned
- Develop and maintain capital plan associated with increased line capacity
- Ensure manufacturing principles and disciplines are followed whilst using knowledge of process design, factory layout, capacity and resource planning
- Anticipate and prepare for possible issues or risks and suggest solutions whilst considering financial implications as part of the decision making process
- Understand safety implications of new products and materials and understand systems and processes required for liquid, beer and / or packaging development
- Provide people with regular feedback, coaching, support and guidance and facilitate discussions to identify career development goals
- Demonstrate EHS leadership through influencing change and deploying EHS Programs
- Undertake GMP audits and ensure quality performance is continuously improved

**About You**

In addition, you will possess:

- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Food Technology, Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, HACCP and ISO principles
- Significant leadership skills in FMCG environment
- Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of SAP / MS Office / Dynamics / MYOSH
