Production Supervisor Needed | Permanent Role | $80k+

**Your new role**

This role will start with a probation/learning period as a 'Manufacturing Executive' ($80k+), before moving into a Production Supervisor role ($90k+), and then into a Factory Manager role ($120k+).
- Lead production meetings, toolbox talks and ensure production plans are achieved.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for each manufacturing team.
- Establish an unwavering commitment and adherence to Safety & Quality.
- Lead and implement continuous improvement projects and drive efficiencies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- FULL AUSTRALIAN WORKING RIGHTS (PR / CITIZEN)
- Production Supervisory experience
- People management experience
- Well-educated
- Problem-solving skills
