**About the Role**:
The Finance Business Partner is a member of the Finance Team whose primary responsibility is partnering with relevant program leads and providing comprehensive, high quality and regular financial reports and analysis and provide financial insights that support service delivery and performance. The incumbent is a key point of contract and a trusted adviser who will provide a range of financial services such as budgeting, forecasting, financial analyses, and other ad hoc requirements and support in understanding the financial performance of the difference programs of Sonder.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Relevant management accounting or finance business partnering experience to include budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with diverse teams and individuals.
- Experience in the use of accounting and reporting software.
- Demonstrated experience in producing, preparing and interpreting management accounts and other financial reports for various programs / projects of an organisation.
- Experience in financial modelling.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- CPA/CA/CIMA designation desirable, or working towards.
- Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
