Our focus is on providing oversight and protection of the TikTok platform and user data in the U.S., so millions of Americans can continue turning to TikTok to learn something new, earn a living, express themselves creatively, or be entertained. The teams within USDS that deliver on this commitment daily span Trust & Safety, Security & Privacy, Engineering, User & Product Ops, Corporate Functions and more.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to technical support on-calls and TikTok Shop Partner Center support tickets in a high volume environment
- Become an expert in all domains related to TikTok Shop ranging from selling products in Tiktok Shop to fulfilling orders to helping creators go live
- Support our partners and developers who are building and testing API integrations with Tiktok Shop
- Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Engineering, Product Managers and other E-Commerce teams to troubleshoot or route complex issues

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 2 years experience in E-commerce space, technical support or product specialist
- Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns while also demonstrating the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills, self-starter attitude with the ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with webhooks, debugging response codes, token authorization, and other web technologies to understand problems end to end
- Understand basic REST API concepts and API calls
