**IMPORTANT**:
**Due to Australian Government regulations, only applicants between the ages of 25 and 40 will be considered**

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Production Manager:
Pre-production:

- Support Sales Team and Technicians on complex projects, ensuring technical requirements are considered.
- Provide accurate event quotations, proposals, and bids in a timely manner.
- Assist with site visits, content creation, and drafting floor plans.
- Consult with the Sales team to determine project requirements and scope.
- Manage event production costs and liaise with clients after sales finalization.
- Design and plan solutions, exceeding client expectations.
- Coordinate client rehearsals and ensure audio/video quality for digital events.
- Create comprehensive prep lists, considering possible on-site changes.

Event Day & Post-Production:

- Manage master stream and playback as Stream Director.
- Coordinate and manage production staff.
- Act as on-site Lead Technician or event producer.
- Resolve technical issues as the final escalation point.
- Oversee Tier 1 events or complex projects.
- Maintain a working culture aligned with company values.

Always:

- Provide mentorship and direction to technical staff.
- Participate in warehouse management and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with Operations for logistics and crewing.
- Provide off-site technical support as needed.
- Stay updated on new technology and innovation opportunities.
- Assist in rolling out new products and providing training.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum **3 years experience **in a similar role
- **Diploma** in a related field
- Passionate about relocating to **Australia**:

- Aged between **25 - 40 years**:

- **English Proficiency at expert level**:

- Demonstrated **technical experience** (vision mixers, cameras, audio mixers and editing systems).
- Strong skills in planning, project management, and problem-solving.
- Experience in studio and remote event broadcasting.
- Knowledge of studio operations and equipment.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Network/IP connectivity knowledge, troubleshooting experience and skill in managing networks an
advantage
- PC Skills - competent in the use of Zoom, Windows and other Microsoft Applications
