Couple of questions - What do you feel most comfortable in doing each day - Landscaping or grounds maintenance/gardening?
Also what are you long term plans? Where would you like to see you self in a few years time? Is this type of work something you would like to make a career?
Landscaping - such as paving, turfing retaining some times irrigation, witch will require your ability to be able to complete some of these job from start to finish, of course with some extra help. You will be required to be able to complete most task by your self or with a small team.
$45.00 p/h + Fuel card limited $25 per work day. Holiday pay + sick pay etc.
Grounds maintenance - witch will require you to be at each job very reliably each visit weekly f/nightly visits etc. Keep all sites managed and in a tidy maintained state. Noting down any other work that needs to be completed at each site. This job will have the most hours to be completed on a daily basis.
- this role a work Ute & trailer is supplied with all tools + fuel card
$40.00 p/h with holiday pay + sick pay etc.
