A Privately owned Australian company since 1972, who provide a high level of services as a specialised supplier of transport, storage and supply chain services are seeking to appoint an Invoicing clerk to be part of their Transport operations team, located at both their Altona and Tottenham depots.

As the successful applicant you will be responsible for all aspects of clerical and administrative activities, including updating the Translogix system.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Daily accurate and timely transmittal of POD's and Weighbridges
- Invoicing with accuracy and meet timelines
- Action Creditors invoices
- Costing and pricing of jobs
- Approve payments for external drivers
- Customer Liaison
- Record control and update
- Paperwork preparation and issue
- Audit assistance
- Assist with Transport bookings/ raising consignment notes
- Must be computer literate, particular Microsoft Office
- Knowledge or exposure to the Transport or warehousing industry will be highly advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with invoicing and purchase orders

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am 3:00pm.
