**About our HR Team**

Our HR team is leading transformational change in our business. We have been flipping the way we look at how we Attract, Retain and Engage our people.

Therefore, this newly created role Human Resource & Payroll Advisor will focus to learn and undertake Payroll functions and support managers, line managers and staff on a range of HR activities, organisational development, and employee related queries.

There is a lot happening and a lot to be done to embed all these awesome initiatives sustainably.

**What you will be doing**:

- Your main role will be to support the Payroll Specialist in the timely and accurate processing of all weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for two entities with multiple enterprise agreements. This will grow to being able to undertake independently these payrolls when required.
- Support the HR team in implementing the HR strategy including employee relations, performance improvement, recognition, and employee engagement.
- End-to-end recruitment of production/operations roles, and other roles as required.
- Provide advice and on HR and Payroll polices, process and procedures.
- Actively contribute to the rollout out and uptake of HR frameworks and policies such as performance planning, review, and development.
- Supporting and advising on recruitment needs and future resourcing requirements.

**What will make you successful**:
This role will best suit a savvy Advisor looking to expand their skill base as a HR Generalist and Payroll officer and get hands-on exposure and experience in the full suite of generalist HR skills.you want to support, learn, and grow
- Tertiary qualification in a HR with 3+ years’ experience end to end deliverables within either blue-collar, production or Transport and Logistics.
- Experience in Interpreting legislation, Awards and EBA's would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated sound Numerical skills and some broad payroll experience, knowledge would be advantageous.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
