**Position overview**:
allnex is currently seeking an experienced **HR Manager ANZ**, based at our **Botany **manufacturing site. In this role, you are a motivated and hands on HR leader who will deliver a range of strategic and operational human resource services and act as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders and local stakeholders. Your will be reporting to the HR Director APAC based in Malaysia, and working alongside the regional leadership team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the implementation of the organization's Human Resources and Industrial Relations strategies, policies and procedures, and ensure operational and service levels are maintained throughout the region.
- Ensure the effective administration of HR functions throughout the region, including benefits, payroll, industrial relations, employee relations, talent acquisition and management, and performance management.
- Advise senior management on all HR related matters.
- Oversee effective reporting regarding employment forecasts, headcount, recruiting, talent development and other relevant Human Resources activities.
- Lead HR team in a manner that optimizes efficiency and effectiveness in order to achieve global and regional objectives.
- Support the development of employees, identify and develop the right L&D interventions locally and globally.
- Responsible for adherence to statutes as well as organization values.

**Required skills and experience**:

- 10 years and above of HR experience at senior level in manufacturing environment.
- Experience with unions laws are required.
- Experience with mergers and acquisition or reorganization.
- Understanding of HR processes, labor laws and grievance handling.
- Experience in Global Matrix Organisations desirable.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to drive the people and performance vision.
- Strong strategy development and implementation.
- Good people management and leadership skills.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to assess people and their performance.
- Proven ability to develop, engage and retain a high performing team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resources or related tertiary qualifications.
