Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this is a hands-on role where you will play a vital role in driving our company's HR strategy, supporting our employees, fostering a positive work environment, and leading successful change management initiatives. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior business leaders, such as General Managers, State Managers, Contract Managers and Operations Managers, will be critical to your success in this role.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives, and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders, serving as a trusted advisor and resource on HR matters.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management, employee relations, career development, and other HR-related topics.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and implementation within the organization.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, propose actionable insights, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Degree qualified in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, employment laws, and change management methods.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior business leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives, including change management strategies, with business objectives.
