What is the role?
We are looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to support the execution and performance of our online store. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day ecommerce activities including merchandising, promotional execution, content updates, and performance reporting.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandise and planning teams to ensure the ecommerce experience is optimised, accurate, and aligned with key campaigns and business goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong ecommerce foundation who’s ready to grow into a more analytical and commercially focused role.
**What You’ll be doing**:
**Promotions and Campaign Execution**: Support eCommerce setup, UAT, campaign accuracy, and product launches.
**Trading and Optimisation**: Monitor site performance, support trade insights, execute updates, analyse user behaviour, and assist in reporting.
**Customer Experience and Optimisation**: Website audits to ensure a seamless experience, support with UAT, resolve customer problems, and align campaigns with marketing.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Ensure accurate links, aligned messaging, and support site merchandising across our digital ecosystem.
**Website Merchandising and Content Execution**: Ensure accurate campaigns, maintain navigation, support with landing page creation. Adapt search and merchandise rules to support the customer onsite behaviour.
