Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Forklift Operator and Pick & Packing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Occasional driving of company Ute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts to load and unload materials and products.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Complete deliveries as required in Truck or Ute

Qualifications:

  • Valid forklift license (LF) is essential.
  • MR license advantageous but not required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
