Learning & Organisational Development Partner

The role

As part of our Human Resources group, the Learning and Organisational Development Partner will play a key part in the development and delivery of all learning and organisational development initiatives for the Saab employee workforce nationally.

As a full time position in the Learning & Development team, you will support the development of leadership and professional development capability across our business. You will be responsible for identifying the learning needs, design, consultation, planning, program management and execution of a range of capability development programs.

Working with a wide variety of stakeholders and vendors this role will suit an ambitious person with expertise in leadership capability, talent initiatives and organisational development projects which build the essential capability for organisational success.
- Lead the implementation of Saabs Leadership Development Framework ensuring Saab has the leadership capability to deliver on strategy
- Support the identification and development of professional learning interventions across behaviours, core capability and team effectiveness
- Lead the implementation of a range of development solutions to improve the career growth progression and business outcomes for Saab personnel
- Support Saabs talent, career and growth strategy through implementing selected talent, capability and leadership programs in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Business partner with the organisation on a range of Learning and Development policies, programs and practices
- Assist managers and business units in identifying training needs, opportunities and recommend suitable methods to address skills and knowledge gap through the Saab learning plan
- Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office and 9 day fortnight will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- Tertiary qualifications and/or experience working in Learning & Development, Human Resources or Organisational Development (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience working with behavioural tools and diagnostics
- Sound ability to interact with and work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholder groups
- Experience successfully supporting and leading people-centric projects
- Demonstrated organisational, project management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills to deliver strategic and operational outcomes
- Experience working in an engineering/technical organisation

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a baseline clearance.
