We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Coordinator to join one of our government clients for an immediate start.

**The Role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Forecasting, scheduling and reporting on learning and development activities
- Assist in the design and delivery of organisational development and training programs
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, purchase orders and logistics
- Ensuring training opportunities are communicated across the group
- Maintain accurate records and databases of learning and development activities
- Facilitate and coordinate training sessions and workshops
- Managing business requests and completing procurement processes
- Support with managing ad-hoc queries both from the business or within HR
- Facilitating HR inductions for new starters

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience in organisational development, HR or related areas
- Computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and systems
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Established interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience in dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently
