With over 1,000 staff within the organisation, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join their team. Based on Adelaide’s CBD fringe, this position is a full-time permanent opportunity.

**Your new role**
Reporting into the Learning and Development Manager, your new role as the Learning & Development (L&D) Co-ordinator works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to maximise L&D uptake across the organisation. The role has a particular focus on the coordination, scheduling and administration of a range of training related activities across the workforce. General day to day responsibilities include:

- Co-ordinate the delivery of training to staff including Induction and ongoing refresher training
- Lead and/or support on L&D based projects across the organisation as required and under general direction from management
- Ensure that staff receive training in a timely fashion that is relevant to their role and business needs.
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the accurate capture and flow of data within the LMS and broader organisational systems
- Ensure that compliance can be accurately monitored through the effective management of course completion data.
- Provide training completion, activity and status reporting data, including detail in relation to key trends and upcoming issues as required
- Pro-actively monitor course non-attendance
- Perform any other duties as required within the scope of this role
