**About the Role**

Are you ready to embark on a stellar career journey, where the sky's the limit? Black Star Pastry, is looking for a Store Manager for our Rosebery store located in the iconic Cannery precinct.

In this role, you will manage all areas of the Black Star Pastry store with your key responsibilities across the customer experience, team engagement and performance and ensuring our product and service standards are met. We have a great team culture and a commitment to providing an environment where our team members are supported and can achieve a good balance.

**Remuneration & Star Benefits**
- Your starting salary will be $72,000 + Superannuation.

- Possess 2-3 years of invaluable hospitality experience, honing your skills as a great leader.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure each customer's journey with us is one to remember, for all the right reasons.
- Uphold the quality and consistency standards that define Black Star Pastry.
- Oversee the operation of the store, ensuring its smooth and harmonious existence.
- Oversee activities such as rostering, ordering, team management, and store maintenance.

**About the Business**

Black Star Pastry opened its first boutique patisserie in Newtown in 2008 and since then we have grown into an institution with stores across Sydney and Melbourne.

We are most famous for our Strawberry Watermelon Cake which has become a social media sensation, with the New York Times declaring it “the world’s most instagrammed cake.”
