As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Tiling Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the successful execution of our projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Tender Document Preparation**: Develop comprehensive and accurate tender documents, ensuring they meet all project requirements and specifications.
- **Material Procurement**: Source and procure high-quality tiling materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and adhering to project timelines.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate all aspects of tiling projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Communication**: Foster clear and effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- **Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and address potential issues, offering innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of tiling materials, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Proficient in preparing tender documents, material procurement, budget analysis, and forecasting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant software and project management tools.
**Salary**: $65,169.82 - $121,812.63 per year
