The role:

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of property advisory, development, and transaction projects that help optimise government property assets for the benefit of communities across NSW. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to manage timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes—keeping everything on track from planning through to delivery.

Your day-to-day will involve coordinating project activities, conducting research, preparing documentation, and supporting financial performance tracking. You'll also help manage technical inputs like surveys, valuations, and environmental reports, all while juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project coordination and support skills.
  • Experience in managing financial and project documentation.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage competing priorities. 

What is an essential requirement:

  • Tertiary property qualifications and related experience will be highly regarded
