**The Role**

This position is covering a staff member who is taking long service leave across Terms 2 and 3.

The incumbent will work 0.4 FTE in Term 2, then increase to 0.6 FTE in Term 3 to support further activities in that period such as the Year 10 Work Experience Program.

The Careers Practitioner will manage the provision of a career development service according to the Career Industry Council of Australia (CICA) Professional Standards. The role requires demonstrated experience in individual student counselling, management of a work experience program and active support of the Christian teachings and ethos of the College.

**About You**:
You will hold a postgraduate qualification in Career Development or Careers Counselling and will have professional membership of a CICA accredited association.

You are a contemporary and innovative careers practitioner and a trusted and respected role model for students and staff with experience working in a high-performing school culture.
