**About the Opportunity**

Due to our on-going, consistent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner** to join our Burwood clinic team. The role will see you committed to assisting a range of adolescents and adults with various diagnosis and presentations allowing them to improve their overall mental health and well-being.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to
- Evaluating, developing and delivering evidence-based positive behaviour support plans and interventions
- Conducting a variety of assessments for participants of all ages and all disabilities
- Develop, deliver and monitor interventions and strategies for the management of behaviours of concern
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Complete reports and work towards goals within the NDIS plans

**About You**

The position is suitable for **NDIS Registered Practitioners** only who align with our values and have;
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- **Assessed by the NDIS at being Core or above as a Behaviour Support Practitioner**:

- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Unrestricted Australian work rights

Current or willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
