A well respected boutique law firm in the Burwood (inner West Sydney) seeks a professional Solicitor to work in a busy practice. This boutique firm has a close-knit, collegiate environment and is located in a beautiful and convenient location. Right next door to Burwood Court House.

**About the role**

We are looking for a dedicated person to work in our Civil Litigation team. You will be responsible for handling matters autonomously from commencing court proceedings to briefing counsel and if necessary run small claims and general division matters on your own.

You will also be required to work on Family Law matters and Criminal Law matters within the practice to assist other practitioners.

We are located right next door to the court house and are known for high quality work with a dynamic team culture. This highly regarded team advises on a wide range of civil matters across a variety of sectors, mostly debt recovery matters. You will be working closely with a Partner who has an excellent reputation for mentoring the lawyers in his team.

This position is for a person who is able to work autonomously and able to deliver results.

You will have the flexibility to work from home.

**Skills and experience**
- Background in Civil Litigation and Commercial Matters
- At least 2+ years PQE
- Be able to work autonomously
- Must comply with deadlines

- Must be committed.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Salary**: $54,993.14 - $87,003.67 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burwood, NSW 2134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
