**What you’ll do**

This role coordinates and organises the daily automated packing of customer orders for DSL products ensuring all shipments are prepared at agreed times to satisfy the identified needs of customers and the business at a world-class quality level. This role is integral to the successes of the Sydney site, Business Unit Cultures and DSM Food & Beverage.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise resources (people and material) for automated packing of DSL products and customer orders.
- Management of automated packing line including:

- Cleaning of automated packing equipment
- Preventive and on-going maintenance
- Maintenance of check weigher, x-ray and label printer
- Develop, maintain and review procedures and work instructions for automated packing line.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on time and in full - this includes work allocation and relevant SAP transactions.
- Responsibility for Manufacturing-related processes being carried out real-time in SAP system including Process order release, batch selection, Process and Transfer order confirmation.
- Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure transfer and staging of material into and out of packing/blending areas as well as expertly prepared for customer shipments.

**Y**ou bring**
- Minimum five years’ experience in a production, pick, pack or warehousing environment.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field.
- Good understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in operating automated equipment.
- Staff supervision desirable.
- Internal auditor experience preferred.
