About the Role

As an LF Forklift Picker Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of warehouse activities. The role involves forklift operation, order picking, truck loading and unloading, and general warehouse support. It suits operators who value teamwork, consistency, and safety in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate LF forklifts in a busy warehouse setting
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
  • Pick and pack orders accurately to meet dispatch timelines
  • Transport, stack, and store goods in designated areas
  • Assist with stock control and general warehouse support
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve targets

Skills and Experience

  • Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Demonstrated forklift experience in a warehouse environment
  • RF scanning or order picking experience preferred
  • Sound understanding of warehouse safety procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
  • Full Australian working rights
