The Platform Manager will be responsible for managing and planning the development, testing, and internal enhancements for their Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms

**You will be responsible for**
- Managing and planning for the Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms
- Manage staff (team of 90) from various sources within the team
- Manage the performance of staff and motivate and encourage individual development
- Ensures completion of allocated processes and activities.
- Establishes and maintains effective client and stakeholder relationships

**You will have**
- Strong experience as a Platform Manager in the Salesforce/ServiceNow space
- Strong experience managing a large team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to manage vendors
- Excellent organisational and time management skills including flexibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
