**The Role**

Our Government Client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Manager to be responsible for managing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to ensure the efficient operation of our IT services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
- Develop and implement new solutions and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Provide technical support and guidance to users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

**Key Sklls**:

- Strong experience working as a ServiceNow Platform Manager
- Strong experience managing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
- Strong technical skills, including experience with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and configuration management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
