We provide compassionate care delivered with integrity and respect to ensure our participants receive the best possible care and support to improve their quality of life.

**About the role**:
We are currently searching for disability support workers who will be tasked with providing direct care to participants who display challenging behaviours and mental health concerns. The role will be aimed at providing care to maximise the social, living and recreational skills of the participants. These participants require care on a 24/7 roster and an experienced team is required to ensure capacity building support is provided. **PLEASE NOTE: This position is not suitable for students or for those with secondary employment. **

- Casual with full time equivalent hours - Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts available.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Experience working with challenging or complex behaviours (highly desirable)
- Experience in managing and deescalating situations (highly desirable)
- Experience in mental health (highly desirable)
- A high level of physical fitness
- Certificate 2 in Health Services or Certificate 3 in Disability or Community Services or other relevant qualification or willing to complete
- At least five years of lived experience
- Valid Driver’s License and a confident driver
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- NDIS Worker screening card/ Yellow card exemption or willing to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $33.96 per hour
