**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists within our Nestlé Professional team to join the business as a Brand Manager. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Foods, Nestlé Professional and supporting the innovation and promotional programs of out of home products in the dessert, confectionery and plant-based meal category.

**A day in the life of...**
- Deliver new plant based and dessert products - from ideation through to commercialisation
- Support branded customer activations “Made with KitKat” and “Made with Harvest Gourmet”
- Manage relationships with local agencies, including packaging and creative agencies as well as key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Category, Finance, Factory and Supply chain
- Contribute to a high performing, fun and inclusive culture in the Nestlé Professional team.
- Manage brand budgets and category performance
- Driving & supporting key accounts focus, linking sales & supply chain requirements and reporting

**What will make you successful**
- Strong brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG (at least 3-4 years’ experience in brand marketing as an ABM/BM)
- A love for food and curiosity for all thing’s food-related
- We are looking for someone who is dynamic, a team player and is results focused.
- Passionate and curious about innovation - innovation experience is valued, but not mandatory
- Tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills needed to engage effectively with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party providers across Australia.
